Our guidelines for order cancellations and modifications

Order Cancellation
At Zaillisy, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand your rights and the steps to cancel an order.
Standard Window
Orders can typically be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
After Processing
Once an order is marked as "In Progress" or "Shipped", it can no longer be cancelled. You may return it once delivered.
How to Request Cancellation
Log in to your account and go to "My Orders".
Locate the order you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel Order" button if available.
Select the reason for cancellation and submit your request.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is successful, we will process your refund immediately. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Wallet Payments: 1-2 business days
- Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days
Cancellations by Sellers
In rare cases, a seller may need to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or other reasons. If this happens:
- You will be notified immediately via email and platform notification.
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- If the item was part of a promotional offer, we will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
