These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zaillisy.com, our mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Zaillisy is an e-commerce marketplace that connects buyers and sellers in Pakistan and beyond.
By accessing or using Zaillisy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zaillisy.
Important: Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Zaillisy.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zaillisy. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To access certain features of Zaillisy, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
Account Types
Zaillisy offers different account types for buyers and sellers. Each account type has specific rights and responsibilities as outlined in these terms.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
Buying and Selling
Product Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, prices, and images. All products must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Pricing
Prices are set by individual sellers and are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other applicable currencies. Prices may be subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Order Processing
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product. The seller has the right to accept or reject your order. A binding contract is formed when the seller confirms and ships your order.
Seller Obligations
Sellers must fulfill orders promptly, ship products as described, and provide accurate tracking information. Failure to meet these obligations may result in account suspension.
Payments and Fees
Payment Methods
Currently, we primary offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Online payment methods including credit/debit cards and digital wallets are being integrated and will be available soon.
Seller Fees
Sellers are charged a commission on each successful sale. Fee structures are clearly communicated in the seller dashboard and may be updated with prior notice.
Refunds and Returns
Refund and return policies are determined by individual sellers, subject to our minimum standards. Buyers have the right to return defective or misrepresented products within a specified period.
Payment Disputes
In case of payment disputes, we will investigate and may hold funds until the matter is resolved. We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputed transactions.
Intellectual Property
Platform Content
All content on Zaillisy, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Zaillisy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content
By posting content on Zaillisy (reviews, photos, descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform.
Copyright Infringement
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with detailed information, and we will investigate promptly.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal Activities
You may not use Zaillisy for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws. This includes selling counterfeit goods, stolen items, or prohibited substances.
Fraud and Misrepresentation
Any form of fraud, including false product descriptions, fake reviews, or payment fraud, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Platform Abuse
You may not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's operation, security, or integrity. This includes introducing viruses, malware, or engaging in any form of cyber attack.
Spam and Harassment
Sending unsolicited messages, spamming, or harassing other users is prohibited. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Platform Availability
While we strive to keep Zaillisy available 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Third-Party Content
Zaillisy acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by third-party sellers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaillisy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
No Warranties
The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
Dispute Process
In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, we encourage parties to resolve issues amicably. Our customer support team is available to mediate and facilitate resolution.
Arbitration
For disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation, parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with Pakistani arbitration laws.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

- Notify you via email or platform notification for material changes
- Provide a reasonable notice period before changes take effect
Your continued use of Zaillisy after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
